Licence to operate an advanced boiler- High risk work licence

Delivery

Adept offers formal theoretical training through our on-site four-day Advanced Boiler License course. Each day includes eight hours of training. A logbook will be left for each learner to complete in their own time. Once completed, an Adept trainer will return to conduct practical assessments for all students.

Alternatively, Adept offers a self-paced training Advanced Boiler course option. We will forward learners both notes and logbooks for self-training. Once logbooks have been completed by learners, we will then conduct a three-day training course with written assessments, followed immediately by practical assessments.

Requirements

All that Adept requires is that you already have access to a boiler.

Assessment

Adept Inspections and Training will conduct written assessments and practical assessments to assess a candidate’s competency as part of the Advanced Boiler course. Once a learner has passed their practical assessment, Adept will arrange for a Safework NSW State Authority Assessment.

If found competent, the learner will be issued with a Notice of Satisfactory Assessment which will need to be processed, along with 100 points of identification, through the Australia Post Office.
